About the Formosan Association for Public Affairs Europe

The Formosan Association for Public Affairs Europe (FAPA Europe) was established in 2007 in Athens (Greece), Mainz (Germany), and Freiburg (Germany). FAPA Europe defends the national rights of Taiwan, including the right to self-determination, the right to preserve Taiwanese democracy, and the right of representation of the Taiwanese people in international organisations. FAPA Europe seeks the support of European governments to support Taiwan's fledgling democracy and seeks European opposition to Chinese military threats and intimidation.
